Part II of the Underwater Songs series: Lobster Soul was inspired by the story about growing and getting out of the shell.

As a lobster grows, its rigid shell that doesn’t expand becomes confining, and the lobster feels uncomfortable and under pressure. At this point, feeling the discomfort, the lobster hides to protect itself from predators, breaks its shell, and starts to create a new, larger and more comfortable one. This enables him to grow further.

Chance always puts us out of our comfort zone, however, it is imperative for our growth.
