Years back during my summer break, I spent a couple of weeks in Italy. I will never forget the taste of my first Limoncello - a liquor made from the zest of the lemon, sugar, water, and alcohol. It had such a perfect balance between sourness and sweetness. And the colour! Absolute delight!
Recently I had pleasure tasting Limoncello again, and its taste brought me straight back to Italy. Missing You Mia Bella Italia!
